Taylor Root: Senior Counsel M&A, 6+ - Amsterdam

Leading telecoms services provider is seeking to recruit a senior M&A counsel for their headquarter in Amsterdam.

You will be responsible for a variety of corporate and transactional work, including working closely with the business to provide support in relation to the group’s acquisitions and disposals as well as manage the individual transactions. Furthermore you will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements as well as general corporate governance work and board support. This is a unique opportunity to join a strong M&A in-house team in a fast-paced and developing environment.

You have acquired at least six years post-qualification experience and are ideally UK or US qualified. You have an excellent academic background as well as having benefitted from excellent law firm training. Furthermore you are an expert in the areas of corporate and M&A law. You have superb communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business both internally and externally. You are a team player with the ability to positively influence your team and the drive to success. European language skills such as French or German may be advantageous.
