Senior Legal Counsel– Corporate Governance – Risk Management – Compliance – Amsterdam

We are working with a technology multinational based in Amsterdam.  Our client is a consumer focused business with an established and world class legal team with an opening for a senior legal counsel with at least 7-10 years’ experience within Corporate Governance and Risk Management to join the group headquarters.  The role will provide proactive, high quality, timely and cost effective legal advice and services to management with respect to corporate governance . You will be offered major involvement in Board processes and exposure to the Board whilst reporting to the Deputy General Counsel.

You will be an experienced and talented Corporate lawyer with an impressive academic background , US/UK law firm training, and preferably in house corporate governance experience in Board process within a large company.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on a range of cross-border commercial deals with key clients in emerging markets. There will be an attractive package on offer with plenty of opportunity to develop the role and to progress within the group legal team.
