IT Recruitment Consultants – Rotterdam, Netherlands

The Package:
Basic to 30K (sterling) dependent on billing history and relevant experience. Bonus to 20% of billings on a sliding scale and threshold. Working hours 8.45am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri Annual leave 24 days plus relevant bank holidays. 30% Dutch Tax Refund after a qualifying period and if hit certain requirements.

The Role:
Our Rotterdam based IT Recruitment client is seeking to expand their team with experienced, professional, dynamic and proactive IT Recruitment Consultants. Ideally those who apply will have 2-3 years IT recruitment experience with a demonstrable billing track record. They are looking for those capable of consistently hitting 150K plus per annum in temp or perm revenue. The Rotterdam market is sales focused but mainly on a face to face basis so you will be presentable, credible and capable of conversing at board level.

Average rent for a one bed flat 700 euros per month.
