In-house – Corporate M&A Lawyer – Senior International Lawyer –  Amsterdam 

Our client is a leading multinational  technology business.  They are headquartered in Europe with an established legal function and are looking to hire a senior corporate M&A lawyer. The deal flow is consistently high and varied and they are now expanding the M&A team with the hire of a UK, European or US lawyer with 8 + years’ PQE. 

You will work  in an execution focused role.  The team works really closely with the business and the lawyers play an integral role in the deal teams and also closely with integration of the new business across a variety of jurisdictions.  This is a great opportunity for an international qualified lawyer with magic circle or top US law firm experience to move in-house overseas.  Previous secondment experience in a corporate will be useful as you will need to demonstrate that you are a self starter, commercial and that you can make the transition across to this business focused role.   You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of legal projects, opportunity to travel on deals and you will be  part of a broader legal team.
