In House – PROPERTY –   REAL ESTATE LAWYER –  Leading Consumer Retail Brand – Amsterdam – 2-5 pqe 

Our client is a leading international consumer retail company who are seeking a 2-5 year qualified real estate lawyer to join their established legal function.  As a property lawyer will be part of the core legal team based in Amsterdam at their European headquarters in order to support the business’s expansion across Europe. You will work closely with Directors of the business in relation to the strategic implantation of various cross border real estate agreements, such as land acquisition and disposal, sale and purchase agreements, leasing and license agreements and general commercial contracts.

You will work with a dynamic team of lawyers and have a good stream of high quality property work and must be comfortable project managing and working autonomously or as part of a team. The opportunity will allow this lawyer strong career development within the company and you will enjoy high levels of exposure to key stakeholders in the business.

You must be UK or EU Bar qualified lawyer and working at one of the leading property firms in the EU or currently in-house. You will be at least 2-5 years PQE in a real estate group, in-house real estate counsel/secondment experience is ideal. This is a really rare and exciting broad in-house real estate opportunity with a leading international house hold name.
