In-House – Assistant General Counsel – Capital Markets Lawyer  – Amsterdam

We are working with a technology multinational based in Amsterdam.  Our client is a consumer focused business with an established and world class legal team with an opening for a senior securities lawyer with at least 10 years’ experience  to join the group headquarters.  The role will provide proactive legal advice and counselling to senior management and strategic  support to the leadership team and executives/heads of business units on major finance transactions.  You will be a finance lawyer with a background in Capital Markets, general banking, securities offerings, capital structuring and derivatives.

We are interested in talking to senior highly successful and dynamic finance lawyers who have a strong grasp of international  laws across Europe and emerging markets. In-house experience at a senior level is preferred however we will consider strong law firm candidates.
