Our client is at the cutting edge of technology solutions.  Based in San Francisco, and with operations throughout Europe and the CIS, it is a high performing technology start up with high levels of institutional investment and a well regarded global management team.

Following significant organic growth since the company’s launch in 2011, the global General Counsel is now looking to appoint a UK qualified patent lawyer to the global legal team.  With a strong in-house background, the right candidate will be comfortable to work directly with engineers and draft patent applications, as well as to manage data protection matters and other IP related matters for the global business in different legal jurisdictions around the world.  

Your profile should be as follows:

• UK qualified lawyer with strong scientific background and academics;



• From 3 years+ prior experience as a patent lawyer in-house;



• Prior experience in the technology sector a plus;



• Currently based in the UK/Europe;



• Native English speaker.
