VMA GROUP: Internal Communications Business Partner

A couple of years ago, a FMCG multinational recently set up a company to market different products. They now need an Internal Communications Business Partner:

• support the implementation of the Group’s internal communications approach



• working to tailor the approach for the Group and to implement it in support of providing first class IN across the Group



• develop and communicate relevant information using and developing different channels
  

  KEY RESONSIBILITIES:

  
  

• Internal communication across the Group



• Design and deliver inspiring responses to functional communication requirements



• Align and cooperate with other communication functions making sure messages are consistent, integrated and delivered at the right time
  

  CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  
  

• sound knowledge of industry leading IC best practice



• understanding of complex organisations and the need and role of IC



• good understanding of different channels and media and how the best use these for different audiences and stakeholders



• at least a couple of years of highly relevant experiences in IC in international environments; higher educational level, excellent English writing skills
