Cluster Revenue Manager – Amsterdam – 60k euro + bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Hotel Revenue Manager / Cluster Revenue Manager to join this dynamic Group of Hotels in Holland. You will be looking after 3 medium and large corporate properties with banqueting and conference facilities.

We are looking for a brilliant Revenue Manager, an expert to complement the existing Senior Management team.

What you will be doing:

As Revenue Manager you will

• Be responsible for driving sales for all revenue streams through strategic planning and management of systems to maximise overall revenue.


• Be part of the senior management team and work to maximise total revenue, market share and profits through the strategic development and deployment of revenue driving activities.


• Utilise all revenue management tactics, processes and procedures whilst being responsible for driving total revenue through accommodation, meetings & events and leisure along with supporting the revenue strategy in the food and beverage division.


• Assist with the production of a detailed daily budget plan on an annual basis for 365 days.


• Review hotels daily pricing in respect of direct competitors` / pace of demand and other influencing factors.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• 3-5 years direct experience of revenue management within rooms, meeting and conferencing Management.


• Advanced Excel.


• Ability of setting up and using systems to monitor and evaluate information from a wide variety of sources.


• Strong analytical and comprehension of numerical, financial and statistical data


• Strong presentational and influencing skills.


• Effective communication skills.


• Effective organisation and planning.


• Fluent English.


• Dutch language is beneficial but not essential

Education and Experience desired

• Previous proven Revenue experience in a medium to large hotel or a Cluster.


• Educated to HND/Degree level or similar.


• Experience of PMS systems such as Fidelio / Opera.


• Knowledge of Ideas or another market leading revenue management system.


• Previous hospitality experience is essential
