Eximius Law: In-House Counsel, EMEA

My client is a multi-national success story and trailblazer in its field. Dynamic, entrepreneurial fast paced and fun, this business is a fantastic place to build an in-house legal career.

Due to increased growth, my client now seeks a European legal counsel to report director into the global General Counsel. You will be a smart, commercially minded lawyer with significant broad ranging legal expertise.

You will ideally be between 2 and 5 years qualified gained from either a law firm or other in-house environment. You must be a deal orientated lawyer with significant commercial acumen. You will also be an excellent technical lawyer able to advise on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including:

• Commercial contracts including: sales, procurement, outsourcing, IT and service agreements, employment: advising negotiating and drafting



• Advise on relatable IP matters



• Involvement in global corporate matters

You will also ideally have more than one European language: for example English, Polish, French, German, Italian or Spanish.
