Senior Research Executive – Autoimmune Therapy Monitor
We are currently looking to recruit a proactive and motivated Senior Research Executive within the Global Therapy Monitors team, which is part of the wider Healthcare specialism. As a Senior Research Executive, you will be an effective member of the team assisting in the design, set up and data analysis of the Therapy Monitor studies. You would be expected to ensure all aspects of the job are completed to demanding deadlines, from helping set-up new waves of the study through to analysing complex data and providing useful input to client presentations. All work should be completed to a high standard.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of pharmaceutical clients, whilst developing an expert knowledge of a single therapy area. You will therefore need to have a flexible approach when dealing with multiple different requests and pull on in-depth knowledge of the therapy area to provide consultancy advice to our increasingly demanding clients.
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for developing expert knowledge of a single therapy area
- Competent in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in quantitative research & a strong understanding of data analysis
- Experience working on trackers and using database software e.g. SPSS to analyse large amounts of data
- Detail orientated; ability to check work thoroughly showing good attention to detail
- Client management experience
- Experience in picking out the most insightful points from large amounts of quantitative data
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to use different communication styles according to the ‘audience’ whether that be a Global client or country affiliate or similarly Brand managers, Medical affairs or Clinical teams
- Good presentation skills are essential
- Experience in healthcare research is desirable
- Experience of international, multi-country research is desirable

Qualifications:
- Strong educational record required
- A degree or equivalent
- MRS Advanced Certificate and/or Diploma would be beneficial but not essential
