Senior Legal Counsel– Corporate Governance – Risk Management – Compliance – Amsterdam, NL   

We are working with a technology multinational based in Amsterdam.  Our client is a consumer focused business with an established and world class legal team with an opening for a senior legal counsel with at least 4 -8 years’ experience to join the group headquarters.  The role will provide proactive, high quality, timely and cost effective legal advice and services to management with respect to corporate governance, risk management, compliance and a range of corporate issues. You will be offered major involvement in Board processes and exposure to the Board whilst reporting to the Deputy General Counsel.

You will be an experienced and talented Corporate, Finance or general commercial lawyer with an impressive academic background with US/UK law firm training.

This role will give you the opportunity to advise on a range of cross-border transactions with key clients in emerging markets. There will be an attractive package on offer with plenty of opportunity to develop the role and to progress within the group legal team.
