Our client is a leading multinational technology business with ambitious growth plans  They are headquartered in Europe with an established legal function and are looking to hire a senior competition lawyer. The deal flow is cutting edge and consistently high and they are now  looking to expand the team with the hire of a top international lawyer with 8+ years pqe.  You will work as a Competition and Trade specialist within the Commercial team and focus on a variety of cutting edge issues including antitrust laws, unfair trade practices, prospective acquisitions, price discrimination issues, abuse of dominance and intellectual property matters.

The legal team works closely with the business and the lawyers play an integral role in the deal teams. 

This is a great opportunity for a top performing lawyer with magic circle/ top US/international law firm experience to move in-house overseas.  Previous secondment and digital experience in a corporate will be useful but not essential.  You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of legal projects and you will be  part of a broader legal team.
