L&D Partners (Benelux or Frankfurt) €60-65000 + bonus and benefits


This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful global business as a Regional L&D Business Partner. In addition to delivering corporate Leadership Programmes you will be working in partnership with senior regional stakeholders to agree, implement and deliver a local Learning Strategy. This is an all-encompassing L&D Business Partner role that will require skills and experience across the whole of the Learning Cycle.


The business language is English. You must also be a fluent French speaker for the Benelux (Amsterdam or Brussels based) role. Or fluent in German for the Frankfurt role.


Responsibilities will include


  • Reviewing current regional learning offering and taking ownership of it to make sure it is fit for purpose and meets the needs of the regional people strategy

  • Designing and delivering training. This will range from Induction Training Courses to modular Learning Programmes for First Line Managers and Senior Managers

  • Working with 1-2-1 with key operational stakeholders to agree and develop the regional L&D and Talent Development strategies that will enable the organisation to identify and nurture staff.

  • Supporting more junior Trainers, Operational Mentors & “Super-Users” to ensure that training at all levels is effective.

In addition to the essential language skills mentioned above the successful candidate will:


  • Have a strong track record of engaging with and training a Professional Sales team (i.e. Consultative Sales)

  • Be a strong hands-on trainer

  • Have had good exposure to working in partnership with Senior Management Teams getting their buy in to L&D strategies.

This is an organisation that believes 100% in the value that L&D can give the business. You will be part of a wider European L&D function (and will need to spend some time in London with L&D colleagues) but will have significant autonomy within the region and the chance to really impact on the success of the business.


Roles are based in Amsterdam or Brussels or Frankfurt, will be paid in Euros and are contracted to the Regions.


Salary = €60000 – 65000 + 10% performance bonus and other benefits.
