Interim Dutch Qualified Commercial IT Lawyer Job

Your new company

A leading IT consulting company currently operational across 4 continents are in search of a capable Dutch speaking / Dutch qualified Commercial Lawyer with a background in and passion for the IT/Tech sector. The assignment will be a 2-3 month interim position based in either London or Eindhoven and this company are ideally looking for someone to start asap.

Your new role

A generalist in-house role dealing predominantly with commercial negotiations and drafting, HR queries and corporate filings amongst others. A primary focus will be to deal with a number of employee claims issues so HR exposure is an advantage. As well as this, you will be involved in more business-focussed decision making, working closely with the Head of Legal as well as other departments across the international business.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a Dutch qualified and/or Dutch speaking lawyer with good commercial experience gained both in-house and in private practice. You will be between 4 and 7 years PQE, able to demonstrate flexibility in your approach, a strong teamwork mentality and that you are capable of hitting the ground running. In addition, you will be available at short notice.
