Marsden In-House: In-House - Assistant General Counsel

In House – Assistant General Counsel – Legal Operations – Corporate Commercial Business lawyer  – Europe 

We are working with a large technology multinational with headquarters in Europe. Due to growth and expansion of product lines of the business, my client is looking to hire a very senior lawyer to provide support on the day to day operations of the business in Amsterdam.

This is a broad senior level strategic and operational role and will provide support on key legal issues, running of budgets, delivering legal transformation across the group, supporting in recruitment activity and supporting other senior lawyers and the General Counsel on strengthening capability where they need assistance in their remits. Part of the role will involve support in obtaining antitrust clearances for all transactions across the Group.

We are keen to speak to General Counsels / Heads of Legal who are seeking a new exciting role in a fast paced growing environment. You will possess strong leadership ability, develop trust quickly and will have experience of being a strong sounding board to senior management and colleagues.   Ideally you will have strong operational experience gained in a diverse multi-cultural business and ideally within the technology sector.
