Business Development Manager


Salary £45,000 Salary up to €60k, with €40k on target commission, additional €10k for 100% of revenue achievement. 2016 Revenue quota is €600k.


Commission is not capped and escalators apply from 100+ achievements upwards.

Job Description


To be based at home but going to meetings in and around the Netherlands and Benelux area.

The successful candidate will ideally be based in the Benelux Area, ideally Holland, with a willingness to travel for this permanent role.

Experience in selling IT Security Services


Key Candidate Criteria:


Strong End User facing ability with a high value Security Solutions


Can prove consistent revenue


Proven sales track record.


Over-achievement in previous sales roles with End User accounts.


Previous experience and proof of success in working for a small, and works well in small teams.


Excellent senior level contacts at CIO, CISO, CTO, Security


Experienced in selling smaller, shorter cycle deals as well as bigger strategic longer term deals.


Build accurate, well qualified pipeline from existing contacts within.


Accurate and consistent at forecasting


Excellent presentation skills and consistent in all reporting.


Be punctual and meet all agreed deadlines.


Attention to detail.


Dynamic, high energy individual with a desire for maximum earnings.


The successful candidate will be based from home.


Successful candidates to provide suitable references.


Will be required to undergo background screening and offers of employment will be subject to the results of this screening.
