Senior Global Immigration Manager

Location: Amsterdam & Achel, Belgium

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Immigration leader.

This position will lead a small team of Immigration Consultants & Advisors ensuring high level of client service and service delivery. The Senior Manager will be primarily responsible for advising clients on immigration policies and processes in the field of global workforce mobility.

Furthermore, you will have the responsibility for compliant immigration advice to client teams, especially towards operational efficiencies, improvements and of course probate financial performance. This role will serve as first point escalation and resolution for multidisciplinary team and clients, whenever issues occur. In additional to the operational management responsibility, you will be required to develop both new and existing client accounts whilst generating new business relations.

The role requires you to show leadership in positioning the business brand, selling services and will be actively involved in defining the business development.

Skills and Experience:

• Fluency in both Dutch and English


• Year of epereince within the sector of Immigration, HR and/or Global Mobility


• Strong outbound international Immigration experience


• Knowledgeable on Immigration law is preferable


• Strong clients services and account management experience


• Client account and relationship development experience


• Proven staff leadership experience


• Positive, pro-active, hands-on and open attitude (team player);


• Ideally Master’s degree, preferably in law


• Result driven with an entrepreneurial approach
