Carlyle Kingswood Global: Exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial/IT Lawyer - Global company - Amsterdam

We are acting on an exciting opportunity to join a global company in the IT/Technology sector in their office in Amsterdam.

The role will work closely with  a legal team of 10 lawyers that are sat across EMEA and you will have direct involvement with the business and sit on the leadership team for that jurisdiction. Your role is to support the business on a range of commercial negotiations, drafting and advice, advise on IT and IP matters, pre-litigation advice, managing external counsel and supporting with corporate transactions. 

In order to be considered for this role you would need the following:

– Strong Commercial, IT and Technology experience from a notable law firm or company and a minimum of three years PQE

– Ability to speak Dutch, French and English

– Comfortable to work independently and build strong relationships across the business
